Return Policy
QLS customers may return items for credit that are in a resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Credit will not be issued for the following reasons.
· Packaging is not resaleable (e.g., current,
damaged, faded, etc.)
· No longer an active part number in the QLS system.
· Items were not purchased from QLS.
· Does not meet case quantity.
· Item was special ordered.
Return Procedure
1. Provide QLS customer support by email or phone a list of the part numbers and their respective quantity to be returned.
2. QLS Customer Support will issue a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) with processing instructions.
3. All products returned are subject the QLS Return Policy.
